Charity and Not-for-profit

How to develop your experience

The charity and non-for-profit sector is competitive and being able to demonstrate that you have relevant work experience will be a great advantage. Internships and work experience opportunities are often voluntary due to the nature of the sector. Volunteering is a great way to gain experience and demonstrate your passion for a particular cause.

You can begin building your skills and experience at university by volunteering, doing an internship, having a part-time job or by doing a professional placement.
