Getting relevant experience is very useful for careers in allied health professions, medical associates or nursing. Experience, or at least observation/shadowing, can be part of the application process for courses. Volunteering is a great way to do this while you are at Sussex, or you can contact local NHS hospitals for work experience opportunities.
